In a field trial with wheat, different combinations of NPK were adopted in fertilizer application to the plants, and aphids were colleted and the honey they produced were determined.

一、工艺流程 原料处理---加水煮沸---过滤---调整---装罐---杀菌---冷却---成品
二、操作要点
1、原料处理：用制无核糖枣皮、枣核作原料。
2、煮沸过滤：用枣核、枣皮加水8--10倍，在铜锅或铝锅内煮沸20--30分钟，过滤。
3、调整测含糖量：根据测得数据，加冰糖或白砂糖调整含量到7--8%。
4、真空抽滤：入真空泵抽滤。
5、装瓶压盖：得到滤液要立即装入事先杀过菌的瓶内压上盖。
6、灭 菌：沸水杀菌，升温5分钟100摄氏度保持20分钟。
7、冷却入库：可分段冷却，擦去水珠，检验封口质量，合格即可入库。
8、 5公斤枣核，枣皮可作红枣露400--450公斤。大枣露可加入维生素增加营养成分。
三、产品特点：产品为棕色、半透明的悬浊液，无沉淀，无杂质，含糖7--8%。
