生产方法 主要采用缩合法。以油酰氯和氨基酸为原料，在氢氧化钠溶液中，进行缩合反应而得。
用途 阴离子型表面活性剂。主要用作香波类化妆品的洗涤剂，尤其适宜用于儿童香波。对皮肤和毛发的柔和性好．但在pH值小于5时会发生沉淀析出。
