性质:白色至微黄色、有刺激性气味的液体。沸点173-174℃,60-61℃(1.6kPa),相对密度1.2581(20/4℃),折射率1.4616,闪点72℃。溶于乙醚。

制备方法:由γ-丁内酯经氯化而得。将γ-丁内酯和氯化锌搅拌升温,在55-60℃下反应1h。于60℃慢慢加入氯化亚砜,反应2h。在5-6h内升温至80℃。静置过夜,取上部清液常压蒸馏后再重蒸1次,收集馏分得4-氯丁酰氯。

用途:医药中间体。用于生产氟哌啶醇、三氯哌丁苯等。
