性质:棕红色粉状物,易溶于热水,溶于10份冷水,溶液呈黄红色;溶于乙醇呈橙色;极微溶于丙酮,几乎不溶于醚。溶于乙醇呈橙色,微溶于丙酮。在浓硫酸中呈深蓝色,稀释后呈浅蓝色有蓝针对沉淀。其水溶液加浓盐酸生成戏光蓝色沉淀;加乙酸生成呈蓝光紫色转为较红的蓝色沉淀。在浓烧碱中不溶解。对酸、盐敏感,即使从空气中吸收二氧化碳,也会使色泽变蓝暗,但用稀纯碱液处理可恢复原来色泽。

制备方法:由联欢苯胺重氮化后,与1,4-氨基萘磺酸钠进行偶合,而后经盐析、过滤及干燥而制得。具体操作为:取48.4g联苯胺溶于300ml盐酸(含浓盐酸20ml)中,加冰冷至5℃以下,加30ml浓盐酸后,加入由14.4g亚硝酸钠配成的10%的水溶液。重氮化结束后,将重氮盐溶液慢慢加入150g对氨基萘磺酸钠和少量水配成的溶液中,放置半小时后,在充分搅拌下慢慢加入35g碳酸钠,使溶液呈碱性,加热至约80℃后,冷却,过滤,用饱和盐水洗涤,干燥即得成品。工业制备原料消耗(kg/t)联苯胺(100%) 200氨基萘磺酸钠(100%) 520亚硝酸钠(工业) 160盐酸(31%) 330纯碱(工业) 340精盐 2500太古油 9乙醇 60乙酸钠 35元明粉 50

用途:曾广泛用于棉、粘胶的染色,因其遇酸极易转变为蓝色,以及无适当处理方法使之提高其湿处理牢度,故自不溶性偶氮染料和直接耐酸大红4BS问世以来,该品在染色中的使用量逐减减少,但在造纸工业中用量颇大。还可作为酸碱指标剂,即刚果红试纸,pH3.0(蓝紫)-5.0(红)。另外还用于生物染色,分析试剂。
