On the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses,these compounds were identified as momordicolide((10E)-3-hydroxyl-dodeca-10-en-9-olide,1),monordicophenoide A(4-hydroxyl-benzoic acid 4-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2),dihydrophaseic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),6,9-dihydroxy-megastigman-4,7-dien-3-one(blumenol,4),guanosine(5),adenosine(6),uracil(7) and cytosine(8).
本文报道了从苦瓜中分离得到的8个化合物,用波谱学方法分别鉴定为苦瓜内酯(1)、苦瓜酚苷A(2)、二氢菜豆酸3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、6,9-二羟基-megastigman-4,7-二烯-3酮(4)、鸟苷(5)、腺苷(6)、尿嘧啶(7)和胞嘧啶(8)。
