性质:制造在冷状态下使金属变形的模具用的工具钢,也称做冷变形模具钢或冷模钢。冷作模具钢应该具有高的硬度和耐磨性、高的强度和疲劳强度以及足够的韧性,还要有良好的工艺性能,如锻造性、切削加工性、淬透性、淬硬性,且热处理变形小。典型的冷作模具钢有:(1)碳素工具钢T8~T12;(2)9Mn2V、9CrSi、MnSi、CrWMn等;(3)高韧性的4CrW2Si、5CrW2Si、6Cr2Si等;(4)高淬透性、高耐磨性和淬火变形小的Cr12、Cr12V、Cr12MoV、Cr6WV、Cr4W2MoV和CrMn2SiWMoV等。
