性质:  学名聚酰胺11(polyamide11)或聚ω-氨基十一酸。商品名尼龙11(nylon 11)。白色半透明热塑性树脂。相对密度1.04~1.05,熔点187℃,拉伸强度50~59MPa,冲击强度(缺口)3.8kJ/m2,体积电阻率1013Ω·cm,介电强度16.7kV/mm,热变形温度(1.82MPa)54℃,自熄。有尼龙类树脂的通性,特点是相对密度小,吸水性低,柔软,耐低温性优良。由ω-氨基十一酸在热压釜中缩聚而成。适于注塑、挤塑、真空成型、旋转成型和离心浇铸等。可增塑、增强填充改性。特别适合制作各种软管、包装薄膜、电缆护套、耐磨损部件,军工宇航材料。粉末可用于滚动浸涂和静电喷涂赋予金属表面耐磨性和耐药品性。
