According to the L9(34) orthogonal form, the experiment utilized the traditional nitration method (two-step method in semi-batch nitration) to synthesize the 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, and examined how four factors (different temperature of water-bath, nitric acid addition, sulfuric acid addition and holding time) affected the production of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene under three different conditions.

In connection with the research status quo of microwave curing in epoxy resin/curing agent system, the condition of microwave curing were studied in epoxy resin/DMP30 system by the method of initial gelation and intermittent curing, and the process of microwave curing were studied by FT-IR, and the products structure and mechanical performance were characterized.
