性质:又称二氢氯喹。针状结晶,溶于石油醚、乙醇、醋酸、氯仿。易溶于氢氧化钠溶液。熔点180~181℃。其盐酸盐熔点215℃。有杀细菌、真菌和抗皮脂溢出作用,用于治疗急、慢性阿米巴痢和菌痢,也用于治疗局部感染。副作用为外用可产生皮肤过敏。口服可产生皮疹、搔痒、恶心和呕吐、头痛、头晕及排尿困难。
