性质:是刻蚀在硅片上的按一定规律排列为线型或面型的光敏二极管阵列,光敏二极管的数目通常是512、1024或2048个,投射到硅片上的光子使光敏二极管充电,光越强,所充的电荷越多。聚集的电荷由移位寄存器扫描电路依次转变成为检测器的输出信号。这些光敏二极管并联工作,能快速同时检测从200~900nm范围的全谱信息。
