性质:又称甘草黄酮配质。其一水合物为无色针状结晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点207℃。天然存在于豆科植物光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L. )的根,甘草(G. uralerzsis Fisch. )的根,胀果甘草(G. inflara Bat. )的根,刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia L. )的心材等植物中。可用化学合成法制得。本品对单纯疱疹病毒、水痘病毒、带状疱疹病毒均有抑制作用,并可抑制艾滋病毒的繁殖,但无灭活作用。当剂量为0.5mg/ml时,可抑制98%以上艾滋病毒的增殖,0.125rug/ml时,可抑制50%斑块的形成。其作用是诱发干扰素和增强杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的活性。本品还可抑制小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞的生长,主要是抑制癌细胞的有丝分裂从G1进入S期。本品对大白鼠幽门结扎形成的溃疡有抑制作用,可抗溃疡,但效力不如甘草流浸膏。本品还有解痉作用,对动物离体肠管有抑制作用,并能解除乙酰胆碱等所致肠痉挛。对大鼠肝线粒体单胺氧化酶也有抑制作用。
