性质:用于覆盖暴露的牙髓,以防止或消除感染、控制炎症、保存牙髓活力、促进修复性牙本质桥的形成的材料,又称盖髓剂。常用的有氢氧化钙类、抗生素类和氧化锌丁香油糊剂等。氢氧化钙能中和炎症的酸性产物,供给钙离子,促进修复性牙本质形成,使脱钙处重新钙化。抗生素类对组织无刺激性,有抑制细菌和消炎作用,但可能引起过敏。氧化锌丁香油糊剂有镇静、安抚和抑制细菌的作用,但盖髓疗效不及氢氧化钙。
