性质: 微波武器的一种。指利用电磁脉冲,直接杀伤、破坏或使目标丧失作战能力的一种微波武器。是非致命性武器技术中最具竞争力的技术之一。通常利用非核的电磁脉冲发生器(EMP),比如高能炸药驱动的电磁脉冲发生器。只要改变电磁场,即可使数字储器失常,对电子装置产生干扰,或改变敏感电子元件电流方向,使电子设备失效,甚至自毁,从而也使依赖于电子系统工作的任何军车、导弹和飞机等失效。现今美、俄都在研究小型高功率微波电磁脉冲发生器。在未来战争中,非核电磁脉冲武器可和普通炮弹混用,破坏敌方通讯设备,中断敌指挥部与下属部队联系,使其无法行动。
