性质:纯品为浅黄色液体,沸点160℃(20Pa)。水中溶解度为1.9mg/L,易溶于常用有机溶剂。LD50110mg/kg。20世纪60年代后期开发成功的有机磷杀虫剂,可用二乙氧基硫代磷酰氯与3-羟基-5-苯基噁唑反应制取。对昆虫有触杀、胃毒作用,可用于柑橘、烟草、蔬菜等作物防治卷叶蛾、潜叶蛾、锈壁虱、烟青虫、果树食心虫等害虫。制剂有乳油、可湿性粉剂。
