性质：凡能使动电位增高，絮凝程度减少的电解质称为反絮凝剂。在混悬剂中由于混悬微粒表面游离基团的存在或吸附溶液中的离子而带有相同电荷的离子，同时反离子分布在它的周围。反离子在微粒表面或周围形成吸附层或扩散层，吸附层与扩散层外面正负离子分布均匀外的电位差称动(zeta)电位。调节动(zeta)电位的电解质用量大时，可作为反絮凝剂。常用的有枸橼酸盐、酒石酸盐、酸性酒石酸盐、磷酸盐、氯化铝等。其反絮凝作用与盐的离子价成正比。反絮凝与絮凝比较有如下性质：粒子以单个状态存在；沉降速度较为缓慢；沉降物形成缓慢；沉积物紧密；外观美观。
