性质:具有均匀微孔的含水硅铝酸盐。在晶体结构上比13X分子筛有更多的二氧化硅四面体和较少的金属离子。具有良好的热稳定性、耐酸性和抗毒性。当加热时失去水分成为多孔强吸附剂。对于分子大小、饱和程度、极性和沸点不同的物质具有不同的选择吸附、分离和催化性能。吸附、脱吸和离子交换能力强。由水玻璃、偏铝酸钠、氢氧化钠按一定摩尔比混合后,加入稀硫酸搅拌混合,并加入定向剂经加热熟化,结晶,过滤,洗涤,加入氯化钙进行离子交换(交换率70%),再过滤,再洗涤,干燥,加入硅溶胶捏合成型,灼烧活化制得。用于吸附分离及精制,以及催化剂和载体。
