Among lots of research results, the method of describing stiction of pneumatic control valves and detecting stiction developed by Kano is simple and effective.

The characteristics of a new type pneumatic control valve applied to control the circulating solids flow rate into external heat exchanger in Circulating Fluidized Bed was investigated in this paper,especially the relation of control air and solids flow rate was given.
