性质:采用排气式注射机进行注射成型的方法。该工艺适用于聚碳酸酯、尼龙等吸湿性塑料制品的生产,这些材料或是由于注塑过程产生的气体需排出,或由于未充分干燥而在加工过程中产生水蒸气需排出,否则导致制品表面出现庇病。排气注射机螺杆一般长径比较大(大于20)。其次,在物料完全处于熔融态的位置螺杆深度突然增加使熔体减压,导致气体逸出并通过料筒排气口与真空系统相连接达到排气的目的。
