Methods: 35 patients with Melanosis coli diagnosed by endoscopy and histopathological exam ination were retrospectived analyzed on their history of constipation, laxatives use.

性质：又称盐类泻药。很多盐类如Mg2+，SO42-，PO43-等均不易被肠壁吸收，这些药液口服后，使肠内渗透压升高，阻止肠道内水分吸收，使肠内容积增大，肠道被扩张而刺激肠壁，使小肠蠕动增加，内容物迅速进入大肠，引起排便。但药液浓度过高，将会从组织内吸取大量水分而导致脱水，故一般服药时用水稀释。
