性质:一种含Zn l8%~37%(质量)、Al 2%~8%(质量)、余者为铜的具有形状记忆效应和伪弹性的合金。其Ms点在93~373K之间。其形状记忆应变约4%。该合金一般在大气或真空感应炉中熔炼,采用石墨或氧化铝坩埚。该合金易于冷热加工,如将其加热到(α+β)两相区,缓冷后得到两相组织,亦可进行冷拉。为了使合金形状记忆效应稳定,可以在423~473K油浴中进行等温淬火或一般淬火后在373K进行时效处理。该合金晶粒比较粗大,可加入微量元素V、B、Ti等使晶粒细化。
