方法:采用60%乙醇提取,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,ODS,制备型HPLC等各种现代分离手段,对接骨木中的木脂素类成分进行分离纯化,用波谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。
