性质:以xZnO·ZnHPO3为主要成分的一类无机颜料,其中X在0.5~10之间,可以含水合水,也可以不含水合水,但性能最好的是三盐基亚磷酸锌(3ZnO·ZnHPO3·2H2O),外观为白色粉末,微溶于水,可以阻止丹宁或其他着色剂从木材表面渗入涂膜并具有防腐性和防霉性。制备盐基亚磷酸锌颜料最好将间接法氧化锌作浆料,将适当比例的亚磷酸水溶液滴入氧化锌浆料中,再升温并搅拌,反应生成物真空过滤后,干燥。盐基亚磷酸锌主要用于木器漆作为丹宁着色阻滞剂,以保护漆膜外观,并可使这种涂料具有防腐性和防霉性能,还具有阻燃性和吸收紫外线的能力。
