性质:胶料注入模具时,注压机螺杆或柱塞单位截面上给予胶料的压力叫做注压压力。提高注射压力可以增加胶料的流动性,缩短注射时间,提高胶料温度,缩短硫化时间和周期,故应尽可能使用较高注射压力。一般许可的注射压力为注压机最大注射压力的80%~90%。
