性质:在气液燃烧氧化反应中,气、液接触面越大则反应速度越快,氧化越彻底。喷雾氧化法就是利用细粒传质和传热快的特点,通过喷枪将液态物质喷成雾状,与空气中的氧充分进行氧化应。工业上生产超氧化钾和过氧化钠等即采用此法。图示为制备KO2的工业装置。过程中预热的压缩空气经喷枪高速流出,产生一定的真空度,利用真空吸力将熔融的金属钾吸出喷雾,并被高速气雾化喷入氧化室,与经导管高速通入的热空气充分接触进行氧化燃烧。产生的KO2聚集在氧化室底部。此法的优点是氧化彻底,产品颗粒细,工艺流程简单且能连续生产。
