生产方法：由环烷酸钠与乙酸铅复分解置换而得。先将环烷酸加水升温至90-100℃，再缓缓加入30%的氢氧化钠溶液进行皂化，至溶液透明，得环烷酸钠，用再乙酸铅复分解置换得粗品，经水洗涤，加热脱水得成品环烷酸铅。
用途：用作油漆、油墨的催化剂、扩散剂，木材防腐剂和杀虫剂，也用于配制润滑剂。该品有毒，具有铅中毒的症状。
