We report a case of advanced hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach (HAS) with liver metastasis successfully treated by operation and intrahepaticartery chemotherapy, together with a review of the literature.

为一种实性膨胀性生长的肿瘤，大体上可像淋巴瘤。组织形态与鼻咽的淋巴上皮癌相似。免疫组织化学显示癌细胞为上皮性标记阳性，而淋巴细胞标记为阴性。预后及治疗同宫颈癌。
