【火灾损害补偿】在火灾保险或财产保险中，保险标的在遭受保险责任范围内的火灾损失时，保险人根据合同的规定，对被保险人给予经济补偿的契约行为。火灾损害补偿过程，一般要经过现场查勘、责任审核、理赔计算三个阶段。火灾损害补偿理赔计算的主要依据是:以保险财产的保额为最高限，施救费用可在上述保险金额的限度外另行计算;损失金额按受损时的财产实际价值计算，另加合理的施救、保护、整理费用，损余折价归被保险人，在计算赔偿金额时予以扣除;。赔偿方式按承保合同规定，分别采用比例责任赔偿方式、第一危险赔偿方式、其他赔偿方式。
