≮美食原料≯

海蜇皮500克,葱花10克,精盐2.5克,味精4克,白糖2.5克,白醋1克,麻油25克,生菜油50克。

≮美食做法≯

1、海蜇皮浸泡2小时,剥去黄衣,洗净,切成稍粗的丝,用清水再漂洗二次,烧开水锅,投入海蜇皮丝烫一下,捞出迅速用冷开水浸泡2小时,然后捞出沥干水分,装盘。

2、生菜油、麻油入铁锅烧至八成热,倒入盛大有葱花的碗内,制成葱油,加入盐、味精、糖、白醋,拌匀,盛入海蜇皮丝盘里,拌匀装盆即可。

淡黄映绿色,脆嫩,咸鲜味。
