Determination of Penicillin Residues in Various Matrices by Radioimmunoassay;

Objective To compare the difference of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Radioimmunoassay(RIA) and immunoblotting(IB) in the determination of insulin autoantibody(IAA).

Merhods:Serum samples from 48 patients before operation with malignant epithelial ovarian tumor and 43 cases of those after operation were analyzed by radioimmunoassay.
