中国空军飞行学员心理运动能力测验(aviation cadet psyehomotor test ofChina Air Foree)中国自1978年起在招飞体检中加用心理学纸笔检查以来，己收到一定的选拔效果。但飞行要求人具有注意的全面性、反应的灵活性、动作的协调性和准确性，以及情绪的稳定性等方面的心理品质，难用纸笔检查方法进行检查预测。为了进一步优选学员，1 979年在以往的研究工作基础上，设计和采用了灯光信号辨别反应仪(检查对视觉刺激进行鉴别反应的速度，有效系数;二0.27~0.33)、旋转跟踪和注意力分配检查仪(检查注意力分配和两手的动作反应能力，r二0.13)、黑红数字盘检查仪(检查注意广度、转移、记忆及灵活性等，r二0.23一0.26)、手足动作反应检查仪(检查视觉鉴别反应和手足动作反应速度，:印.23一0.29)、手足动作协调检查仪(检查视觉辨别反应速度和手足同时动作协调能力，:=0 .21一030)等五项检查仪器和一项地标识别检查法(检查辨别力、短时间视觉记忆力及注意转移能力，r=0.32一0.35)，于1981、1982年共检查预测学员2043名，其中跟踪对照初教飞行训练成绩1057名，预测有效系数为0们~0.47，检查淘汰77%一9.5%时，预测淘汰符合率为75.0%一90.7%。还研究设计了用计算机控制的自动化的图像辨别判断、手足动作协调等复杂运动反应仪器，用于飞行学员选拔。 (陶桂枚撰武国城审)
