肺炎球菌肺炎
旧称"大叶性肺炎"。常因受寒、疲劳、淋雨等原因所诱发，历经充血期、红色肝变期、灰色肝变期、消散期等病理过程。临床起病急骤，有寒战、高热、胸痛、气急、咳嗽、咯铁锈色痰等症状，也可伴有消化道和神经症状，有*肺实变的体征。x线检查在实变期可见按叶或段分布的大片、均匀致密阴影。应选用青霉素治疗。本症愈后良好。
