| 蜂王浆 royal jelly 工蜂营养腺分泌的一种乳浆状蜜蜂产品。营养价值高 ，对人体有医疗保健作用，中医上用作滋补品。乳白色或淡黄色胶状液体，味酸涩，稍带辣味。酸度（滴定酸度）为32～53毫升。新鲜蜂王浆约含水分62.5％～68.5％，粗蛋白11.0％～14.5％，类脂物5.5％，此外还含氨基酸、矿物质、B族维生素、以及酶和激素等。在类脂物中含有特殊脂肪酸，主要是10-羟基-Δ2-癸烯酸。它是蜂王（幼虫和成虫）的主要食物，也是工蜂和雄蜂幼虫前期的主要饲料。 |
