阴茎体积描记器


  仪器名。阴茎夜间勃起检查仪器之一。通过测量阴茎大小的变化来反映勃起程度、勃起次数和勃起持续的时间。用两根 灌注汞的管子,其内径为0.004cm,外径为0.1cm,一根均匀地绕置于阴茎头后部,另一根 绕于阴茎体根部,再用电极联接。阴茎勃起后二者间的周径差别和勃起持续时间经体积描记器放大后表现出来或记录于纸上。亦可用一根充满汞的弹性毛细管应变仪(或镓/铟合金的橡皮管应变仪)环绕阴茎固定,阴茎周径增大时管内汞柱被延长变狭,电阻增大,其增加量与延伸量成比例。连续测定三夜,可获较完整记录(见图19)。
