The results showed that the germinated percentage was declined, the seedling stage was lengthened, the seeddling shortened and weakened, the spindle did not exalt and the ray morphological changes were discovered such as colour change of stalk etc.
采用２０００γ、３５００γ、５０００γ、６５００γ、８０００γ５个等级的６０Ｃｏγ射线对甘蔗种芽进行电离辐射处理，观察对甘蔗生长发育的影响及苗期辐射形态变化，发现随着辐射剂量的增加出苗率明显下降，生长亦严重受阻，并发生矮化苗，茎色改变，心叶不抽出，株型变化等多种辐射形态变化。

| 变形虫属 Amoeba 原生动物门肉鞭动物亚门肉足总纲根足纲变形目变形虫科的一属。音译阿米巴。虫体赤裸、柔软，因可向各个方向伸出伪足 ，以致体形不定而得名 。伪足除具行动的功能外，还能摄食。在池塘、小沟、水田中终年可见。变形虫能侵入人和动物体内，引起疾病。最常见的是痢疾内变形虫，这是人阿米巴痢疾的病原体。中国已发现由自由生活的变形虫引起人死亡的病例。 |
