碎料胶合家具 现代家具之一。碎料胶合家具是合理利用碎料、板头、板边、截头、木心、木条、单板片等，通过锯、刨、胶拼、胶贴等工序，加工制成细木工板面，用作家具面板，或胶结成弯曲木、胶合木，制成家具框脚和扶手等。利用碎料既可代替大材，又能利用碎料的色彩花纹，组成图案纹饰，使制品美观悦目。许多硬木碎料，由于色浓纹美，均可作点缀家具框边的材料，同时也可利用碎单板木条编成花边图案，用来装饰家具表面。贵重木材的碎料除胶拼成细木工板面外，也可用作覆面材料，利用单板拼花贴面，制成切片，再拼成花纹图案，外表形式美观，能与贵重木材家具相媲美，而内部采用次材碎料，又可降低造价。碎料胶合，由于采用高级胶料和涂饰高级透明喷漆，制品坚固，不变形，美观耐用，可节约贵重木材制成优质家具。
