尿比重测量法
urinometry

  斜持比重筒,将尿液沿筒壁缓缓倒入,避免激起泡沫,至可将比重计浮起为度。将比重计轻轻放入并加以捻转,使能游离悬浮在尿液中,在转动未停前,读取尿液凹面的比重读数。一般尿比重计是以15℃或20℃为标准制成,液体的温度可影响比重,如需精确数值,应将读得结果加以校正,即温度每高3℃,应加0.001;每低3℃,应减0.001。尿内含大量蛋白质或糖时也需要校正。蛋白质每增加10g/L,应将比重读数减去0.003。糖每增加10g/L,应将比重读数减去0.004。尿量少时可用微型比重计测量(5ml尿即够)或用蒸馏水将尿稀释(勿超过3倍)再测定,然后将比重读数的末两位数字乘以稀释倍数即可。
