Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Wenjingtang in treating excess-cold syndrome of emmeniopathy with homotherapy for heteropathy, to analyze the results and to learn the meaning of homotherapy for heteropathy.
目的:观察加减温经汤异病同治治疗月经病实寒证的临床疗效,并对其结果进行分析,以探讨异病同治的内涵。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) in different three states including supine position and calm state,supine position and mental calculating state,upstanding position and calm state,and its relationship with pattern of cold-heat and deficiency-excess.
目的:研究心率变异性(HRV)在仰卧平静、仰卧心算与直立平静三种状态下的变化特点及与中医寒热虚实辨证的关系。

寒实结胸
寒实结胸 病证名。结胸之一。《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》：“寒实结胸，无热证者，与三物小陷胸汤，白散亦可服。”《伤寒来苏集》指出：“太阴腹满时痛，而反下之，寒邪与寒药相结，成寒实结胸。”此为误下所致。吴谦认为：“结胸证，身无大冷，口不燥渴，……乃寒实也。与三物白散。然此证脉必当沉紧。若脉沉迟或证见三阴，则又非寒实结胸可比……”（《医宗金鉴·订正伤寒论注》）。丹波元坚主张用增损理中丸治疗由于误下所导致之结胸（见《伤寒论述义》卷四）。参见结胸条。
