| 航天食品 space foods 供航天员在空间飞行中食用的食品。20世纪60年代初，苏联和美国航天员食用铝管包装的肉糜、果酱类膏糊状食物。航天员进餐时，用手挤压管壁，将食物直接送入口中。穿着加压的航天服时，通过头盔进食孔进食。这种食品的缺点是水分含量高，重量和体积大。后来，航天食品采用一口一块的压缩食品。小块食品体积和重量小，便于携带，进食方便。60年代中期～70年代初，美国双子星座号飞船和阿波罗号飞船采用氢氧燃料电池作电源。这种电池发电时，产生出大量水，于是，美国采用脱水复水食品，这种食品的性状和风味更接近于地面的普通膳食，能满足航天员的口味。后来，由于载人航天器上食品冷藏设备和加热装置的飞速发展，航天食品的类型和品种已接近地面膳食。美国航天飞机上的航天员可吃到新鲜的蔬菜、水果和加热后的鲜汤等食品。 |
