病名。亦称肢端缩小综合征。系常染色体显性遗传，亦可为垂体前叶受结核、炎症、肿瘤的影响所致之皮肤结缔组织肥厚，增殖性骨膜炎伴不规则的骨膜骨化，韧带、腱和膜的骨化。多见于男性，青春期后发病。劳动能力下降。面和颅的皮肤增厚、皱纹，皮脂腺分泌增加，手足皮肤增厚、多汗。四肢骨、指和趾增厚，指圆柱状变形、杵状趾。手足仍小或肢端缩小，关节积液 。偶见胡须和阴毛稀少，尿崩，女性型乳房。血钠低，X线检查可见垂体前叶炎症。结核或肿瘤表现。无特殊治疗。经5～10年进展后稳定，不影响生活。
