【原料】
与“蚝油滑鸡条”相同，另增腊鸭肉150 克。
【制作】
1.先将腊鸭蒸熟，冷却后起掉鸭骨，将腊鸭肉切成长6 厘米，宽、厚各
3 毫米的条状，待用。
2.按“蚝油滑鸡条”各步骤顺序操作，只是在炒香蒜、姜、葱、菇丝、
鸡条时，也加入已蒸熟的腊鸭条一起炒匀，烹绍酒，再用芡汁勾芡，淋油15
克复炒才上碟。
【特点】
此菜鸡肉嫩滑，腊鸭甘香，佐酒、饭皆可。
