Based on dry gas desulfurization,denitrification and catalyst regeneration technology with aluminum supported copper,a new rotary reactor for simultaneous desulfurization,denitrification and catalyst regeneration purpose was designed,while numerical simulation made for the integral process inside the reactor using Fluent software.
结果表明:新型回转式反应器的结构采用分区设计、结构紧凑,有效避免了再生气体的泄漏,减少了安全事故,并可在脱硫脱硝的同时对催化剂进行再生循环使用,降低了运行成本;整体反应器的脱硫、脱硝效率达到90%以上,符合新颁布的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》,且再生效率完全满足反应器再次进行脱硫、脱硝的要求。
