性质:又称亲水亲油平衡值,是显示表面活性剂适用范围的数值。HLB值3~6为油包水型(W/O)乳化剂;7~9为润湿剂;8~18为水包油型(O/W)乳化剂;13~15为洗涤剂;15~18为增溶剂。HLB值测定方法很多,主要有实验法和计算法,后者较为方便。
