Some methods and evaluating indexes of ultimate choice of projects for venture-capital investment were discussed by the analyses of the policies of venture-capital investment and the risks of investment stages.

Focusing on management risk analysis for construction enterprises in tender stage and countermeasures, the author analyzes management risk in construction enterprise in tender phase and provides basic program to control and solve the risk.

Combined with many years of experience, it analyses the problems which should be adverted at the stage of bidding in a project, and elaborates some problems during performing the contract such as dealing with the relations with owner and constructing company, supervising item department’s personnel, so as to improve the quality of culture relic protection project.
