该起搏器内有一个感知装置,可感知心室自身活动,如果心脏本身的节律比预设的起搏频率快,感知装置即断开起搏器;当患者自己的心率比预设的起搏频率慢时,感知装置又起动人工起搏器。因此对短暂或间歇性心动过缓较为安全。此外节省电能,在埋藏式起搏器中可维持较长时间。
