根据其形态学特征、生理生化特性及 16SrDNA序列分析结果 ,认为菌株YIM 31331属于链霉菌属的Streptomycessubrutilus,YIM31333属于指孢囊菌属Dactylosporangiumaurantiacum ,YIM3135 5属于链孢囊菌属Streptospor angiumvulgare。
