材料:白果80克、腐竹80克、猪肚一个、马蹄15个、姜二片。
做法:
1、猪肚用盐洗一次,然后用生粉洗一次,再用酒腌半个小时,最后再洗干净。
2、烧热锅,不用放油,放下猪肚煎片刻,反转另一面再煎,煎干水,铲去再洗净(这一步是很重要的)知道为什么要这样做吗?一般煲过汤的猪肚很软,没有饭店的猪肚的口感好,如果是这样做的话,煲完汤之后的猪肚还是很脆很爽,捞起煲过汤的猪肚切条,沾上酱油,或者是炒,也是一道好吃的菜,大家试试吧!试过好吃的。
煲二个半小时后出锅。
