主料:银鳕鱼
辅料:木瓜、西红柿、青柠、姜
调料:盐、白糖、胡椒粉、淀粉、剁椒
烹制方法:
1、银鳕鱼化冻后,将水分吸干备用;
2、坐平底锅,倒少许油,将银鳕鱼粘干淀粉后入锅中煎,两面煎黄后取出;
3、坐锅点火倒油,加剁椒爆香,下西红柿炒烂后冲入适量开水,加白糖、盐、胡椒粉调味,放入木瓜丁,银鳕鱼,小火焖3分钟,出锅前加入青柠片即可。
特点:酸辣开胃,鲜嫩可口。
