The simulation of a structure-optimized oil-fired baking furnace by using an improved operation technology of counter-flow flame instead of concurrent-flow flame was presented on the basis of the analysis of the operation characteristics of oil-fired anode baking furnace.
针对燃用重油的阳极焙烧炉燃烧工艺的特点进行分析,将传统的顺流火焰焙烧操作改为逆流火焰焙烧,采用最佳的烟道结构设计,并通过模拟计算获得均匀的炉室温度分布和流场分布,对比分析燃烧技术改进前后的计算结果,验证了改进方案的科学性。

内火喘逆 内火喘逆 病证名。阴虚火旺犯肺所致的气喘。见《症因脉治·喘症论》：“内火喘逆之因，内而欲心妄动，外而起居如惊，五志厥阳之火，时动于中，煎熬真阴，精竭血燥，内火刑金，肺气焦满而喘逆作矣。”证见喘逆自汗，五心烦热，口燥唇焦，得食稍减，少顷复发，时作时止，面赤便秘等。治宜审察火动之原，随证施治。如肾虚肝旺，宜养阴制火，用门冬饮子、家秘肝肾丸；肝火上冲，宜柴胡清肝散；心火上炎，宜导赤各半汤；脾胃之火上冲，宜清胃汤；肺炎煎熬，宜石膏泻白散等方。
