New conception on combination of potential science thoughts and physics teaching;

The introduction of potential science to the field of scientific study will have obvious potential scientific features in the main body,process and result of editorial activity.

According to the characteristics of designing experiments, this paper explains that the designing experiments possess such characteristics of latent science as fuzziness, creativity, indefiniteness, difficulty, perverseness and inclination to manifestation, and also provides a case of designing experiments and reveals its directive functions in designing experiments.

On the basis of analyzing scientific knowledge achievements by the angle of latent science, the change economy of science from " latency " to " evidence " is discussed.
