性质:橡胶与热塑性聚烯烃中加入硫化剂经动态全硫化制得的热塑性弹性体(TPE)。典型的品种有:丁腈橡胶/聚丙烯/增容剂耐油热塑性硫化胶,丁腈橡胶/聚酰胺/增容剂热塑性硫化胶等。由于橡胶微粒(1~5微米)在常温和加工温度下均保持网状结构并显示弹性,热塑性和强度由聚烯烃(或线型聚酰胺)提供,故其强度、弹性和耐热性均优于动态部分硫化的热塑性聚烯烃。其用途可参见热塑性橡胶。
